Essentially, it works like Lightroom's Library section so if you've used that before, you'll find the DxO PhotoLibrary in PhotoLab pretty easy to work with. Other useful features still found in the software include UPoint, Prime Noise and Smart Lighting, of which, we'll mention briefly but if you want more information on how they work, you should take a look at our previous review.Īs mentioned, the Organise tab has been removed and replaced with the DxO PhotoLibrary which you can use to navigate through files, browse multiple images found in one folder/project, add ratings etc. Since last time we reviewed the software, ClearView Plus has been added along with support for various new cameras and the DCP colour profile. There is a new DxO PhotoLibrary section which replaces the Organise tab but apart from that, the UI is pretty much the same.
Create.ĭxO PhotoLab 2.2 will still feel very familiar for previous PhotoLab users and those who are new to the software will soon find themselves navigating all of the tools on offer easily.
